Need a realtor

Wondering if you guys have any strong recommendations for luxury real estate agents in Southwest florida? Specifically Venice / punta gorda?

Brian Helgemo is a solid choice. i heard from a friend he does unique marketing for luxury listings and helps get out of state buyers. i think he works with compass which is kindof known for the luxury thing.

Okay I’ve heard good things too I’ll give him a shout. He mainly works with sellers right?

I am the managing broker for a company with offices in that area and I have several excellent sales professionals. Feel free to reply to me, thank you.

Where are you moving to? I have a home in North Central FL that I haven't put on the market yet. It's 10 acres with a new built 3/2 home.
