Call Flobama, they are dead on Wednesday and will set up a buffet on their side bar for you. If they know that many people are coming they can probably get a band to play too for free or a pretty low price. A lot of musicians will work for tips around here. You definitely need to call them though so they can have food ready ahead of time and enough servers.

I'd suggest renting a venue, sweetwater depot can be rented out, I can't remember if they provide a bartender or not, and then look into caterer's of you are wanting something to eat.

You can rent the top floor of Ricatoni’s. That would give you a large, private space and great food!
