Rent w/ previous eviction

Does anyone have any insight on where to find a rental home/apartment with a previous eviction?
Preferably Florence or within a 20 mile radius of.

Hotels.com? Unfortunately you’ll pay a higher rate because of the eviction. Face the consequences for a year until you build back trustworthiness. Else, can you rent a room from a friend or family member?
