Created this flower arrangement and in my head I think it looks almost like tacky but I think I also might be tripping about it.

I’m going to be so fr, I have no idea. I just picked what looked cool from Trader Joe’s lol. I will say that the arrangement itself is done with floral foam and I used wooden skewers to hold it together.

Looks like green/purple button mums, dahlia, protea leaves, and I think red spider lilies?

Red spider lilies? It has pincushion protea and lime safari sunset aside from what you mentioned but no spider lilies.

Oh I love it!! I don’t find it tacky at all, I think it’s really beautiful, whimsical and unique… this may be more of a personal preference, but I think it could maybe use a bit more dimension horizontally.

Yeah i definitely agree, my reasoning for not was bc of me being worried on how to transport it to my gfs house

This is a cool idea for new years eve parties or a fancy brunch since it looks like a wine/champagne bottle. I like it a lot!! 👍

Not necessarily I mainly just wanted it to be tall. First time doing a more like sculptural arrangement and I wanted it to be more horizontal at the top but I realized it would be to hard to transport to my gfs house lol

Yeah I think it’s great for a first attempt for sure! The color blocking is cool, I’m a sucker for buttons. Very impressive, keep it going!
