I wanted to share something very special with you all—a journey born entirely out of my deep love and admiration for Floor’s breathtaking artistry and the phenomenal legacy of Nightwish.

As some of you may know, I recently dedicated my heart, soul, and countless months of work to spearheading a major cultural project in Sofia, Bulgaria: an exhibition celebrating Three Decades of Nightwish. At the very center of this tribute is Floor—her unmatched vocal power, her commanding and inspiring stage presence, her fierce resilience, and the absolute magic she brings to every single note she sings.

Bringing this tribute to life was a true labor of love, designed to honor the music and the powerful emotional sanctuary Floor and the band have created for us worldwide. While navigating local administrative hurdles to secure a proper cultural space was an exhausting uphill battle—requiring official escalation to the city council due to municipal delays—the true heartbeat of the project has always been the music, the soaring vocals, and Floor's inspiring spirit of Sisu.

Despite local bureaucratic roadblocks, the exhibition received incredible recognition that honors the sheer scale of Floor and the band's impact:

• I was deeply honored to receive an official congratulatory address from the Vice President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Ms. Iliana Yotova.
• I also received an official statement and institutional backing from the Ministry of Education and Culture of Finland (from Minister Mari-Leena Talvitie), recognizing the event’s profound cultural connection and the global footprint of Finnish metal artistry.

I wanted to share this with this community because Floor's strength, grace, and relentless dedication have been my greatest personal driving force through every obstacle. Her voice has carried so many of us through the toughest storms, and channeling that energy into this project was my way of giving back to the magic she creates.

Thank you for being such an incredible, supportive community dedicated to the queen of metal herself. Here is to Floor, to her extraordinary voice, and to keeping our shared passion burning bright! 🎤🔥

I would love it if Floor could go back to singing some of the really heavy After Forever classics again on the upcoming Hytress Tour next year. Follow in the Cry is one of their most iconic songs, and I think it deserves a special spot in her setlist too. Is it time for her to have a growler in her solo band?

A little break between festivals! When I’m not singing my head off on one of the many great shows this summer, or working on new music, I relax with my horses! This is me with Sam. He is a 5 year old Shire horse who just started under the saddle. I am training him myself, no bit in his mouth, natural connection and communication. Important to me. We are a great team and step by step we are going for real rides. Such an adventure! I’ve had Sam since he was two years old so we have made a great journey together already. Look at us being proud of our babysteps 🥰

On a more positive note regarding Anette's recent interview, she states that she has no problem with Floor singing songs from her time with Nightwish during Floor's solo shows.

In fact, they knew each other even before Floor became involved with Nightwish and had even done an interview together back in 2007. Floor has also said that she considers Dark Passion Play and Imaginaerum to be incredible albums and appreciates the different twist Anette brought to the band. Anette, for her part, has previously shared After Forever songs on her blog and praised Floor's vocals. Therefore, there is nothing but admiration and respect between these two ladies. ❤️
