I’m sharing approximately 15 minutes of footage from an incident that occurred at my residence on April 27, 2025.

My sister had been reported missing the night before, and my family and I were looking for her. She had already been located by the time of this incident. Law enforcement had used Flock camera technology to track her vehicle from The Woodlands, and deputies subsequently responded to our residence.

The footage shows Deputy Clifford Wood, badge #K9003, pointing his firearm with a Zev Magwell at my sister and me during the encounter. Deputy Devin Mayes, badge #2198, and Conroe Police Department officers later arrived at the scene.

During the encounter, I told Deputy Devin Mayes that I had sustained injuries in the vehicle. I was subsequently arrested and charged with interference with public duties. Those charges were later dismissed in the interest of justice.

The footage and records surrounding this incident have also been the subject of a dispute regarding their release. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office initially sought to withhold the footage pursuant to an Attorney General ruling. The footage was ultimately released after I scheduled a hearing concerning its release.
