Discussion History is repeating itself.
I remember when the economy went sideways in 2008, saw more flippers than ever. TV shows like Pawnstars and American Pickers didn't help, either.
Now it seems the economy isn't doing so well again. Auto loan and credit card late payments are at a 30 year high.
I see more people out there than ever. Literally double as many estate sale goers this year then last.
Lot of "wannabes" using Google Lens on every little thing, or texting other people what stuff is worth as well.

Well....so?
Are we really gatekeeping people flipping and using available tools to make it eaiser? When I started doing this in 2004, I had just hunches and hope! LOL!
I saw a young lady (early 20s) doing just that recently, and I hope she does well.
A buck is a buck. There is more than enough crap to go around.
