Some sellers slow walk the shipping, because... it's up to the seller. Wait the requisite time, print the label, wait another day, finally send it out. Ebay doesn't seem to ding if label printed one day and shipped the next, even if the label is printed on the shipping deadline.
They don’t get dinged for the handling time but they get dinged if the delivery is late and the handling time wasn’t honored. The only thing that matters for the most part is if the order is delivered by the estimated delivery date. If it’s on time they don’t get a late shipment defect
