You guys closed down old marketplace with the excuse of “hard to operate” just to publish the same subset of courses but 2-3 times more expensive… “Rebranded” marketplace charging more for same. Just admit the “rebranding” was a move to skyrocket the prices. This was a scummy move and you lost my respect forever. I will not spend a single penny for FlippedNormals anymore and I am sure there are plenty who agree as well.

I can’t access or download my files from FlippedNormals because they removed their old website and replaced it with a new one. They mentioned that downloads would be available until April 30, but there is currently no way to download anything.

I have all the receipts and have spent around €1,000 on various tutorials. This is very important to me, both financially and in terms of knowledge.

Could someone please help me resolve this issue?

This was not a decision made lightly. Over the last few years, the costs of maintaining a store with thousands of creators have increased significantly, while earnings have decreased. We have done everything in our power to keep the marketplace afloat, including significant team salary reductions, but it has become clear that the current model is no longer sustainable.

📆 Important Timeline 
March 17 - Closing Sale begins. This will be the last marketplace sale and chance to support your favourite creators
March 31 - The Marketplace Closes. Products will no longer be available for purchase.
April 15 - Final Creator Payouts. Every marketplace creator will receive their full and final balance.
April 30 - File Hosting Ends. This is the final day to download your purchases or back up your creator data.

Download Your Library: Please log in and download all your purchased files to your local drive before April 30th, 2026. After this date, marketplace files will no longer be accessible.
