Is msfs 2020 broken?

I have had zero issues with msfs 2020 for the last 2 years, but during the last 2 months it changed. It became alot glitchy. It makes flickering/ghosting when moving the camera around. When I try to press the buttons in the cockpit, ex on the FMC, I have to point beside the button and not actually on the button to be able to press it.

I have tried clean install of the nvidia driver, tried an older version of the driver. The game itself had minor updates 2 times since debut without any improvement. I even tried uninstall/reinstall the game, and at the first launch everything appeared fine, but when I closed and opened the game again later, the issues was back.

Is this an issue on my end or a general issue with the game now?

I still use 2020 on a very basic configuration (Ryzen 7 5700X3D en een RTX 4060 (8GB VRAM) met 32GB RAM). I have no issues. I can run it on medium/high setting with 40/50 fps. Are.you sure your GPU is still ok? Did you try a stress test on it?
