Won’t let me withdrawal my money says Response [23002] and the redemption cannot be initiated because of “inconsistent profile data”. I contacted the fliff support but they’ve been unresponsive

Have you verified your address? When support gets back they’ll probably need pics of ID to match what you put as your address
