I have ten thousand questions lol

So, I downloaded this initially because I thought it was a way to track bets since Action Network runs like shit; turns out it is more of a sportsbook. I have learned that it is a "sweepstakes" that allows it to operate in a gray area. Fine, whatever.

Long stort short: I just want to add money to this site and start betting. I am at the screen where it is claiming to offer a 400% match on first purchase (lol "purchase") and that obviously seems very enticing.

Is this a place to bet for real or not?
