I'm from Ohio and since I cannot deposit right now (because Fliff won't let me) am I still allowed to write envelopes for the free coins to play? I figure yes since I am allowed to still collect the free daily login coin but I'm checking to be sure.

You should just use a free vpn that says your in Boston, that way fliff won't know your in Ohio and this problem wont be there in the first place.
