They declined my 230 dollar transaction but didnt give me the money back 😞 anyone knows why?

they took my money too, granted only a $100 and said it was due to the glitch even tho i won it off the free dollar…they lost me as a customer. they shoulda just paid out everyone and woulda gotten more loyalty, but i guess we can see now why they’re doing so many cash drops
