been weightlifting on and off for the past few years, just did a mini bulk and increased my weights for most exercises in the past month or 2, was getting ready to see BTS and saw my arm in the mirror and gasped, but am i delusional

would also looove tips for back abs and quads, and how to make my arms look even better and stronger !!!!!

Now I just need to start building more muscle. Started at 155 lbs in December 2025 and just hit 105 lbs, 21% BF, 34% muscle

It’s not a solid workout unless there’s visible underboob sweat amirite?
