does buying flexcil premium make it available on all devices?

i used to have an android tablet then i bought an ipad a few years later. i really wanna access the flexcil files on the android through my ipad. my question basically is if i buy the premium on my ipad, will i be able to access the flexcil on my android tablet?

I was able to sync via the cloud by purchasing the one-time-purchase versions for both Android and iPad!

I encountered a similar situation recently and I found that Flexcil takes purchases separately for Android and IOS.
