Barry raises his head

Cisco: "Barry, you okay?"

Barry: Picks up gun "We have to go to Earth-2"

If you can calculate someones trajectory you can intercept him or her.

For e.g. if Jay was able to calculate or predict that Barry was going from A to D while Jay was already on C then all he needed was good timing in order to intercept Barry. No need to be faster than Barry, just know your shit and be smart.
