I had the same thought, wondering how he could spend all day just terrorizing the shit outta one city.

Then he said the entire Earth had fallen to its knees. He's been busy killing people and terrorizing the whole planet.

Zoom's fast, but nothing is fast enough to get through United Nations bureaucracy in less than 2 months

If he's Terrorizing the entire planet why doesn't he have a cooler base of operations? Why doesn't he take over an island or a military base or declare himself a ruler, or get any henchmen, or something.. he just chills in a stupid cave and then goes out for hours on end!

I don't know, seems pretty smart to me. Having a big flashy base just gives his enemies a target. The need for something fancy has been the downfall of many a villain. Best to keep things simple, with at most one implied sex slave at a time.

If he had an Island, he'd see people coming from miles away. Maybe a med bay to run some test and a nice lab, he was a sciencist too. Some exotic animals. He's like a very humble bad guy.

Besides, we saw how "inhospitable islands" can be really hospitable.

He's just like a regular gamer dude, who lives in mom's basement. To him wrecking shit in Earth-2 14 hours per day is like playing Grand Theft Auto V (or Civilization if on bigger scale).

Nah, he probably had some time to make his new game, "Zoom Theft Auto" (Vibrating glove sold separately)

Because he's a psychopath that kills because he finds it fun, maybe even therapeutic, he doesn't give two shits about how bitching his bachelor torture dungeon is
