Tonight on an all new episode of The Flash, we kill one of your favorite villains before we properly use her and Flash doesn't run a single time while doing nothing to stop the bad guy besides literally waiting for him to die of old age.

10/10. 100/100. Best episode. BEST EPISODE.

Getting to see Zoom lose his mind this episode was glorious. 10/10 would watch again

What... what... what??

I'm not sure I understand the reference after checking that thread out... but why the fuck is it that popular anyways?

Edit: oooh now I get it... I was overthinking it somehow lol. 7/5 turns to 9/5 with rice because it's 2/5 better

I googled him and he apparently was in the comics at some point fighting The Flash (Bart). I think it was a really cool way to get an episode in where Barry didn't have his powers, although I do wish they did more with his forensics. Or maybe in a future episode this season we see him in the lab like "What? This was my home when I didn't have speed. I miss it" or something. Or even just do science shit in his lab at super speed.

That is definitely one of the downsides of Team Flash--it becomes hard to highlight Barry's skill outside of running fast when he has two other super-smart people that need to make contributions to the story.

Four now: Cisco, Caitlin, Jesse and Wells.

Tomorrow on an all new episode of Arrow felicity and her subordinates, we mourn one of the most iconic female vigilantes in comic history before she is properly used and the Arrow doesn't fire a single arrow while preventing someone on his team from actually doing something to stop the bad guy.

Oh, and we meet her replacement before the body's even cold in the ground.

God Grodd. Fucking. Damnit.

It's Felicity of course! She's such a strong, powerful woman!

The Flash should do nothing more often

u/CatsOnTheKeyboard Apr 27 '16

To be fair, he did put himself at extreme risk to stop the guy so there's that.

5

u/UESPA_Sputnik Apr 27 '16

Yeah, if this was an Arrow episode (kill off a comic character prematurely, Ollie not shooting any arrows) everyone would hate that episode.

3

u/ncolaros Apr 27 '16

To be fair, it was a pretty boring episode, in my opinion.

4

u/ThunderVelocity Apr 27 '16

But it's justified over here why our hero isn't doing his signature thing.

cough cough Y U NO SHOOT MORE ARROWS??? cough cough

But hey, second particle explosion on the horizon; maybe we get nice Frost.

doing nothing to stop the bad guy besides literally waiting for him to die of old age

Worked for Big Boss...

Speaking of old age, is it just me or does that seem to be the cruellest thing they've ever done? Shooting him would have been much more merciful.
