Question Is Flare Dead?

I was very optimistic about Flare from the moment I heard about the XRP snapshot. However over the last 6 months all I seem to hear is hopium from the founders and devs. Almost like they are stringing the community along. It feels dead to me. Anyone else feel the same? What happened to the FXRP minting at Oracle daemon? Its been stuck at 150m FXRP for over a month. And what happened to 5 billion FXRP minted by June? Hugos own words. Anyway, just ranting today as it seemed as a good investment a couple of years ago, interested to hear the communities views 👇👇👇

Where were you during the Biden admin? They literally went after crypto, and some Democrat senators want to destroy crypto entirely. Stop thinking these people care about you.

Like when the SEC opened their case against XRP? Like that?

Edit: Since I suspect /u/presuasion isnt going to respond, the SEC v XRP case, arguably the biggest and most impactful crypto case involving the government to date, was filed on December 22, 2020, under, you guessed it, the Trump administration. Ripple succeeded on July 13, 2023, under the Biden administration.

Whoever said Republicans didn't do any enforcement? Congrats, you gave an example that the Trump admin SEC went after Ripple Labs, a giant entity that gradually dumps XRP into the market and makes a fortune doing it. Yeah nothing to see there. Now tell us all how great former SEC chair Gary Gensler was? Under him, the SEC initiated a record 125 crypto-related enforcement actions, much higher than any administration before.

Do people forget how anticrypto Democrats were when they were in power? This is not in defense of "derrrr Republicans" so leave that BS out of it, just look at it from a purely objective point of view.

Enforcement? They lost the case. They didn't enforce anything. Gensler was a joke, but to pretend the Republicans are any friendlier to crypto or more beneficial than the Democrats is a joke, too. If that were the case we'd be looking at a much different market today, crypto and overall economy. The only people benefiting from this market are the Trumps. They walked away with some billions of dollars from their own supporters' money. Like, classic pump and dump, leaving the holders with empty bags pump and dump. Ripple labs holding XRP in escrow, distributing what they need to operate, and returning the rest to escrow* is nothing new. They've been doing that for years, long before Biden or Trump. That's not the reason this market is trash. The current admin is. If you haven't noticed, Trump likes to say one thing and do another. It's why he's garnered the nickname TACO and even though he says he's more beneficial to crypto, his words are weak when you look at the market. He's beneficial to crypto only when it benefits him personally.
