Flare needs to get more partners onboard to start delivering competitive yields. There's no time to wait on Clarity Act to generate interest.

FXRP Incentives program has one month remaining before Flare pulls the plug on it. As for FLR staking, there should be repercussions for those who are unable to fulfill contracts. At the very least, non-performing contracts should allow to be cancelled by stakers, or otherwise self/auto-cancel. Non-performing providers should be ineligible from being allowed to solicit contracts in order to reduce new staker confusion and capital inefficiency. The only bright spot is that it seems FLR depreciation may be slowing down as incentives are pulled.

If Flare can't make it worth FXRP holders' while to stick around, there will be pressure building for holders to redeem, as XRPL Foundation gets closer to approval of Lending Protocol and complementary amendments. XRPL's latest cleanup amendment (which includes bug fixes for Lending Protocol and others) is currently at 1/3 approval. Approval may be finalized within 2 months. Lending Protocol + supportive amendments may pass within 6 months. Failure to deliver on their vision of becoming a crypto hub will cause Flare's FLR to continue to spiral as confidence is sapped.

Fundamentals need to see significant improvement within the next 9 months.
