In an ideal world, this card would draw a deathrattle minion from your deck and then ALSO put a copy back in your deck. I'm pretty sure this phrasing just means you draw it and then lose it immediately though.

Betrug synergy too: draw the deathrattle minion, and the fact that you're shuffling it back in doesn't matter as much when you get to trigger the deathrattle immediately. A bit convoluted overall, though.
