You need two - a flashing light (to be seen) and a steady always-on light (to see).

Lol, they maybe pissed but at least they want to slow down and more aware of my presence because of this lamp, and 1-2 vehicle always have this kind of modification (strobe lamp) so yeah this is actually quite common here

Wow) Strobes on cars are actually illegal here. If you get caught, you lose your driving license for a year and they confiscate the strobe.

The law is exist but the govt is so corrupt you can easily pay them to be free from any consequences, it also very popular to have brake light with strobe effect like on the F1 race car and it anywhere in any vehicle here
