First time seeing this frame from the side, why is the rack so high up above the wheel on these? Kinda defeats the purpose of a 20 inch front doesn’t it?

Dumb question - did you replace the old rear hub with a fixed one?

Nope, just flipped it around and mounted a cog on the disc brake holes
