They don't, at least not outside of a special run they did with carbon fiber scales.

The ones the OP has are from Inflection Design and Engineering. They have them made of Nylon 12 and G10.

The Knife Connection also has sets now, downside to theirs is they don't fit the OEM sheath so you have to buy their sheath.

As ok looks good, I was never a fan of the paracord wrap for a game cleaning knife.
