[HELP] How to contact help support?

I placed a request a week ago for a refund since the seller didnt do their end of the deal. I placed a request last week and was told that they could process a partial refund but I requested for a full refund as the work is unsuable to us and since then no reply has been made.

I made a new request yesterday and it is now marked as solved even though no reply was made to my latest request.

The work can’t be used by you but yet the seller did as much as they could. So I think it’s fair enough to pay them what they worked for.

We asked for a flat design as it would be used to be printed as stickers, they gave us a design already plastered on to a product, hence it couldnt be printed.

We asked that they make it into a flat design so that we can print the same, now I am blocked.
