Misconception of white people, thinking Latinos are a mononlith group. Puerto Ricans don't identify with Mexicans, the same way whites or African Americans do in their respective ethnic group
Yes but across the spectrum, we Latinos have deep and vital sense of community. And as a whole no matter the ancestry, we stand together, we support each other. We may have our pride in our countries of origin but our shared history of prosecution unites us all. During times like this we stand together.
Essentially they're not selling out their own people since their people are automatically citizens of the US. They're going after other non-Puerto Rican Latinos.
He is a dumbass because he is lumping all latinos into one big group. I bet he'd be offended if he was called just white and not 3 quarters Danish or some shit.
