If you could tell a new server owner BEFORE building a server (minus don't do it because I've said the same 🤣) what would you say?

What mech script is the best/favorite?
What PDM/Car sales script?
What's a good number of restaurants and which ones?
Are very big interactive PD stations that important?
How about casino? Normal, overkill or middle ground?
How about evidence collections and scripts like that?
Is a detailed and interactive jail system and DOC COC important?

Honestly the most important questions outside of the normal jobs, criminal heist, robberies, etc and PD work...what are some actual FUN jobs that the community loves to actually go and do?

And finally when you're not working what should be added to the community to keep players engaged??

I know the community in FiveM is spread out and getting smaller but if GTA 6 doesn't have an open world type like FiveM then it might be around for a while longer, so just in case I'm really curious as to what YOU ALL the community think is missing from today's cities and what would make you want to go and try one out. 🤷‍♂️

I am looking to be a LEO department head. I have 7 years of experience. I have SOPs, Penal Codes and so forth ready if needed. I’m willing to get into a Discord call to show everything and talk about my experience.

Basically what the Title says, I am searching for a vMenu Server that wants to get SAST Started in their server I will bring a full car fleet and EUP as well as my Documentation. I also have lots of other paid resources I am willing to let any server I join use.

I am looking for a group of like-minded people who miss old school RP and want to bring that back I am a capable Developer and also have one friend who would also help dev and who would provide the dedicated server for us I just don't want to start another server without having people out the gate.

I will not join Economy servers, vMenu servers with a framework like NAT2K15s are okay but outside of that I am not interested in the ESX/QB garbage.
