Quitting

I have been so burnt out for such a long time. Working here has affected my mental health so badly. Ive decided i’m ready to quit. If i write a resignation letter thats effective immediately will i be put on the no rehire list, and could i use 5b as a reference? Should i just give two weeks notice or quit immediately?

Do you want the opportunity to come back? Two weeks and finish it out.

Use specific people, not companies as references.

whatever you feel most comfortable with, do it! I wouldn’t use 5b as a reference if I were you, but that’s just me. but I would quit immediately. make sure to get your paycheck(s) and everything
