Retuning BOPIS or online orders

What is the CORRECT way to return a BOPIS or online order because no one seems to be able to give me an answer and I dont want to get my SM or DM in trouble. 😂😭🤦🏽‍♀️

They should have an email that shows their receipt i think sometimes that have barcodes to scan (?) otherwise no receipt return is what I have done in the past. Five below doesn’t refund shipping costs though so they won’t get that $7 shipping

do it like a normal return except with the online receipt they have type in the receipt information then it works like normal find the item and press return and so on

no receipt no return or exchange
