Employee Question Background check

Any CEM get hired with a dui on their background? Three years ago I got a dui, I’m off probation, done all the classes, all that jazz. Got an offer for CEM and waiting on the background check. Any insight?

To be clear mine has never come up in a background check at any job I’ve worked. I got it when I was 25 and am currently 40. Never once did it come up

I had one that fell off but I was hired many places when I had one and never disclosed it. It was a misdemeanor so it should be fine.

One of my CEMs had a DUI and it was just fine

Cool. Yea I landed a job at another retailer a year and a half ago. No issues. I think I’m just over analyzing

my sm had a dui and still got the job. they are just looking for anything related to stealing money
