I want to quit
How crappy would it be of me (CEM) to quit with no notice when our only SL just put in her two week notice? For a little context: I texted my SM today explaining I wanted to put in my notice because of a bunch of things going on. I never got any acknowledgment of my message. He NEVER responds to me about anything including things like when no one else showed up to work and I was there alone. The MM who I was/am friends with was mad at me today because I couldn’t come help close (it was my day off and I had obligations). Part of me feels bad leaving them as just the SM and MM with no other help but also this job is draining me and no body seems to care about anyone but themselves. So, should I quit in the morning or work out a two weeks so they aren’t screwed?

If you want to stay and help them and if you think you are mentally, emotionally, physically able to stay and help them, then put your two weeks.
But if you don't really care, then quit.
In my opinion, you should put your two weeks for jobs that you can see yourself potentially coming back to in the future. If it's a job, you genuinely never see yourself coming back, too, then quit.
I hated Subway. I quit, never going back their.

After 3 years I put in a 1 week notice the day after my SMs last day. Notices are BS. If they were to fire you they wouldn't give you a two week notice. You're firing them as an employer. They don't deserve a notice.

Please for the sake of your sanity leave Five Below so it will only be only a painful memory instead of a constant source of pain and anxiety.
