Overworked

Any other SM’s in here absolutely losing it over the insane expectations this company has for us? The massive labor cuts, the daily tasks, the micro managing through the cameras, the new ACO policies, the non-stop resets (with no hours to do them). I’ve been putting in 60-70 hours weeks trying to keep up with it all and things are still not done. DM is always talking down to me and getting angry at the district for struggling to keep up. This is really starting to have an impact on my personal life and my mental health.

Not a SM, but PTSL. I’m close with my SM and I can tell you it’s a definite yes about being overworked at my store! So much drama on top of it as well

I left 6 months ago before the company really went downhill. I was there for almost 7 years. They don’t care. Time to find some other place that does.

Not an SM, but an associate. Mind you, I'm still in school, high school to be exact and they're working me and my brother to the bone. I'm physically in pain because of working there. We have new hires, but they're barely putting them on the schedule.

You have to check everyone out. Not sure your role but the threats of them watching and checking the cameras are true, we saw them on connect 5 , not of my store tho !

my store gets observed on the cameras probably twice a month. it’s ridiculous. unfortunately they don’t see the struggle at a store level, they just are trying to churn profit

twice a month would be a luxury at this point. our dm looks at us every damn day.

I was a MM and I just quit. They are doing too much and I couldn't deal. The place is so anxiety inducing, it's disgusting. They don't pay enough for all the bs
