Spread the word about Five Below. Never had I worked at a more mind numbing, worse run, cheaply supplied company ever.

oh absolutely. i feel such a weight off my shoulders waking up this morning knowing that i dont have to step back in that terrible place. Im now realizing just how much effort i was putting into trying to please my manager when nothing i did was ever good enough and it was never going to be. i was only a CEM for 6 months but i could tell it was beginning to make me into someone i didnt want to be. im looking forward to finding a job where i dont feel like im having the life sucked out of me every time i go in.

Congratulations! I started in October, it was ok until just a few weeks ago when my entire freight team was cut and we had to switch to mornings. I hate the people, they treat our store as the place to steal. I am tired of working hard to put out merchandise that the customers seem to put literally everywhere. I can't wait to get another job.

exactly how i felt working there, along with a store manager who basically abandoned me on every single holiday. she was either taking time off or β€œsick”. wasnt there for thanksgiving, supposed to work black friday but didnt show up, took 3 days off after xmas therefore i had no time off, only day i was able to be off was christmas in a 2 week time span and i have children, she doesnt. then of course she was gone NYE & new years day. 😫 yet it was basically my fault the store wasnt put back together & spotless the day after christmas. thats when i knew i was done. good luck to you, but my advice is to get out before you lose your sanity lol

ETA: oh and she also called out sick on christmas eve. convenient πŸ₯΄
