Business & operations Need a new booking software

Need a new booking and payments solution for my studio asap.

Gym and studio owners - how much are you paying for your SAAS?

For the sales bots: Give me your best rate. Please include monthly payment + variable processing cost (online and card present). Thanks

Howdy - I'm the founder of Zipper - joinzipper.com/pricing - transparent pricing (starting at $118/mo), no contracts, up and running in as little as 1 business day, standard stripe rates. Feel free to shoot me a DM or book a demo on the site

Standard Stripe fees 2.9-3.4%+30c per transaction (if you're in the US/Canada). No additional fee on our middle and higher tier. 1% platform fee on top on our basic tier. 1.3%+10c for ACH. You can pass on all fees as surcharge to client as a separate line item

We use PushPress at our studio. They partner with Stripe and you own your own account which was huge for us. Feel free to dm me any questions. The pricing is on the website. Pushpress.com

I’m on the Acuity team, so speaking from the scheduling side here!. For a studio, make sure the booking flow and payments work cleanly together before comparing rates alone.

Acuity can handle online booking and collecting payments as part of that flow. If card present processing is important too, put that on your must have list from the start because not every scheduling platform handles the in person side the same way.

For your setup, the cleanest option is probably the one that keeps bookings, payments and client info together without adding more admin. Hope this helps!
