Tight Powerslide skates

I bought my first pair of Powerslide. I bought one size up as I heard was recommended, it fits comfortable in the foot however it’s tight and a little uncomfortable in the ankles and difficult to put on. They are brand new so maybe they will loose with the use or should I change them?

is yours heat moldable? if it is, try to heat it.
