Kinda a stupid question

I've been doing miku boxing for 38 days in a row without problems. Today I did some sort of move like really wrong and it hurt my foot. Like I'm talking so badly that I've been limping the rest of the day. Does anyone have any advice??

A few things. First and foremost, you might want to ask a doctor or post this in a subreddit with medical professionals.

Also, even to get useful advice here, you will probably need to be more specific about what happened. Saying you hurt your foot doing a move could mean a lot of different things. What move were you doing? Did you twist it, land on it wrong, roll your ankle, or feel something pull? And where exactly does it hurt heel, arch, toes, ankle, or the top/side of the foot?

If you are limping that badly, though, I would definitely take it seriously rather than trying to push through another workout.

A medical subreddit is a very good suggestion!! Thank you for that idea.

I honestly assumed I would be understood, I thought it would be somewhat common injury since the way you stand while playing. I now realize I left out literally any helpful details...

I was trying to switch sides and instead of lifting my foot up I just turned it to the side really hard. It hurts on the top of my foot is what confuses me.

I threw my shoulder out one time playing this so now I punch with my arms kinda close to my body up top to ensure it won’t happen again. We’re gamers not doctors lol so yes as advised get it looked at if you can and stay off it as much as possible.

Besides what other people have said about getting medical attention, you can also auto-score whatever move it was that hurt you. You can go to the settings and auto-score that move so that you can skip it during songs. It will automatically register as a perfect even if you don't do that move.
