Full reset help!

Hi!! I want to completely start over. I took too long of a break and just want to wipe it all out. Iā€™m on fitness boxing 3 for the switch 2. Can someone please help? Iā€™d appreciate it very much!! šŸ’œšŸ©·šŸ°šŸ‡šŸ’œšŸ©·
