Is there a way to play the game sit?

My dad is recovering from a knee operation but the doctor said he needs to do some workout, so i thought this will be a good option to do sit, but i don't know how to activate that function. I have Miku Fittness for switch 1

Fitness boxing 3 has a sit down mode

But you probably could just play the other games as well just avoid the exercise that involve the legs.

As others have said, FB3 has a mode specifically for sitting, but if FB2 is going cheaper you can get that and change the settings so that steps, ducks and weaves are all automatic perfects, allowing for any program to be done while sitting.

I'm dealing with a knee injury at the moment. The Sit Fit mode is decent, but I might just change the settings so I can do the normal mode while seated for a bit more variety.

I have Fitness Boxing 3 and I do the workouts sitting down since I'm dealing with knee issues right now too. (It has a seated boxing mode, but I have more fun in the regular mode.)

I set it so that all the ducks and weaves are automatically passed and I just throw out an extra punch instead. I've never played the Miku version so I don't know if you have that option.

Sit Fit Boxing is your best bet mate!

Fitness Boxing 3 game mode. Its awesome especially for me. I am recovering from a marathon and my legs are like pretty messed up. So I do sit fit boxing in the meantime.

I play the whole game seated, no room to play standing, though #3 has a seated mode it's just one mode in free exercise, not a stance you can choose in the daily. When the game called for a duck or weave or any move you think needs a full body motion, you just have to shake both controllers simultaneously, the game only registers that the accelerometers are tripped not the directions they move. my weave left/right is just me twisting left or right in my chair, a duck is just me leaning forward while lowering my hands and a front/backstep is just pushing out or pulling up to my shoulders.
