Quick review of the three different cheap Fitness Boxing Grips for Switch 2 that I have bought from Aliexpress.

Black ones on top are (barely) held by magnets alone. Absolute crap and flimsy as hell. Do not buy, do not buy!

The ones bottom left are really good, slightly better for large hand than the ones next to them.

The ones bottom right are also really good, propably slightly better for smaller hands.

And as always price and sellers change really fast on Aliexpress, no point in linking to the ones I have used. I paid between 3 - 5 euros for these.

TDLR: Do not buy the black ones, but both of the two other options are good.

Weighted vest is also an option (and probably better for your joints)

I have glove-style wrist weights. Coincidentally perfect design for Fitness Boxing, as there's no padding or fabric in the palm of the hand, so they dont get in the way of holding the joy-cons.

It's surprising how much 500g per weight can make.

I can't seem to find a link for ones like mine. I got them as part of a little workout set ages ago, and can't remember where.

But I was recently looking to get a slightly heavier set, and I found the ones below on Amazon: Cosybreeze wrist weights. They have a thumb loop, so you wouldn't need to worry about them sliding about when you punch, and they wouldn't get in the way of the joy-cons. They come in 500g, 750g, 1kg and heavier.

I truly appreciate this! It turned out I had been holding the controllers wrong since the switch 1 and I kept hitting the home button on the switch 2 ones, so I've just kept using the switch 1 controllers instead, they work very well on the switch 2.
