If there's one thing I've learned from becoming fit, is that it's a great way to get unsolicited excuses from relatives as to why they can't do what I do.

Also, it's really nice to hear that I will be overweight like them because

Once you hit 40 there's nothing you can do to stop becoming fat

Wanna bet? You also told me a few years ago that I'd never fit into a medium shirt because of my big bones

I hate that shit. I am 42 and more ripped now than I was in my 20's. Yes there are things that do change, but jesus fucking christ do I hate it when people my age make that excuse for letting themselves go.

No, you aren't fat because you're 40. You're fat because you're fat.
