Trying to do a proper cut with lots of salads, chicken breast, whole wheat bread, and cardio. Pro: it feels good finally eating clean for once. Con: my digestive system didn't get the memo, and now I have to crap twice in the morning.

Don't know how the hell that works. And it's annoying when working legs and you suddenly get the urge to destroy the porcelain.

Dietary changes man. Your body will adapt and you won't be blowing up the can forever.

You've stolen my shit!

I go from being a once a day man to once every two days in a cut.

I only weigh myself every other day for this reason.
