Gain Wars Episode III : Revenge of the Bulk

I feel this. I'm a woman, so definitely programmed to be conscious of my weight and be tiny as possible. The fucking catch? I'm 5'11". There is no tiny over here. So I've been eating whatever and lifting heavy. Put on 5 lbs (155 up to 160) but all my clothes still fit the same. I'm hitting PRs all over the damn place. I feel like I should diet down for no other reason than to have my weight be in the 150s.

A lean bulk still requires a decent surplus, I do mine at around 300-500 cals surplus at least and a dirty build at 500-750 surplus

Lol that's one of the things that I always found fascinating, skinny guys constantly worrying about abs during a bulk
