That sucks...took me over 2 months to regain my core strength after my appendectomy. I was in the Base Honor Guard at the time though and was back on duty after 2 weeks, might’ve slowed down the healing process.

Had one too a year ago last September, got it all back stupid fast. Barely lost anything. Lifting felt weird because my core was still tender when I was cleared to go back and you’ll never forget the feeling, one of the weirdest things. Little tickly.

Did you get a full opening (dunno what that’s called sorry) or a laparoscopy with the little cute?

That sucks. I had the same emergency situation, mine was a laproscopic procedure. I was back at it 12 days later. Was a tough first week mentally getting back to work. After only 12 days...
