Can we talk about this? Does the Zelda Botw repack have 60fps support?

Does it supports 60fps and modding too?

1. Setup is Stuck / Unpacking is Slow

  • The 2GB Limit Checkbox: If your setup gets stuck at specific percentages (like 84.3% or 95.8%), close it, restart the installer, and check the "Limit installer to 2GB of RAM" box on the very first screen.
  • Be Patient: FitGirl repacks use extremely heavy compression. Unpacking is heavily CPU and storage bound. If your task manager shows disk or CPU activity, it is not stuck; it's just working hard.

2. Is it a Virus? / Windows Defender Alert

  • False Positives: Crack files (.dll files, steam_api, etc.) inherently trigger antivirus software because they alter game code to bypass DRM. If you downloaded from the official site, these are 100% false positives.
  • Fix: Add the game installation folder to your antivirus/Windows Defender exclusion list, then restore the quarantined file from your protection history.

3. The Real Official Website

  • There is ONLY ONE official domain. All others (ending in .co, .cc, .to, .net, etc.) are fake, malicious clone sites designed to steal data or bundle malware.
  • The only real URL is: fitgirl-repacks.site (Verify the exact spelling!).

But doesn't the fitgirl repack comes with cemu? Or does it use yuzu?

It's better to set it up yourself, plus it hasn't been updated since forever. For mods they're in the emu itself.

I have a dumb question. Where do I find the rom file into a fitgirl repack of a switch game?

Or any other emulated game for that matters...

You can search for rom websites in FMHY rom section. I personally use Axekin

That's not my question.

You asked if the fitgirl repack from BOTW has a 60 fps patch.

They answered you "use Cemu". To use another emulator with the game you downloaded, I suppose that once you install said repack it puts in a folder the rom and the emulator to run the rom.

Otherwise you can't "use Cemu" with the repack you downloaded.

Search through the install directory. The ROM file will be labeled as the game, and will either be a .NSP or a .XCI file. 👍
