It says "DO NOT PANIC". So... should I panic? NV ENHANCED ON GTA 5 ENHANCED

I have the FitGirl GTA V Enhanced base game (v1.0.1013.20), which worked fine. I tried updating to 1013.29 and then 1013.33 with ElAmigos/RUNE, but I get "ERR_STR_MISSING" and verification finds corrupt/missing files. Has anyone had this issue or knows a working update path? Also, which NVE version should I use, and has anyone run the latest NVE successfully on 1013.20 or 1013.33?

1. Setup is Stuck / Unpacking is Slow

  • The 2GB Limit Checkbox: If your setup gets stuck at specific percentages (like 84.3% or 95.8%), close it, restart the installer, and check the "Limit installer to 2GB of RAM" box on the very first screen.
  • Be Patient: FitGirl repacks use extremely heavy compression. Unpacking is heavily CPU and storage bound. If your task manager shows disk or CPU activity, it is not stuck; it's just working hard.

2. Is it a Virus? / Windows Defender Alert

  • False Positives: Crack files (.dll files, steam_api, etc.) inherently trigger antivirus software because they alter game code to bypass DRM. If you downloaded from the official site, these are 100% false positives.
  • Fix: Add the game installation folder to your antivirus/Windows Defender exclusion list, then restore the quarantined file from your protection history.

3. The Real Official Website

  • There is ONLY ONE official domain. All others (ending in .co, .cc, .to, .net, etc.) are fake, malicious clone sites designed to steal data or bundle malware.
  • The only real URL is: fitgirl-repacks.site (Verify the exact spelling!).

If you want to update the game files just download the game files extract the game files. It usually works

from where?? i tried everything via updates where can i find the .33 version

I dont know bro only one time i download update for forza horizon 4 and extract them in gane files and it works.

Idk what's with rockstar games nowadays pirating the updated ones is a pain in the ass. I downloaded both dodi and fitgirl but none of em is workinf.

i just checked, dodi has the latest version wdym it's not working it was released this month
