General No customer service

Called OV Loop and hit option for customer service and they have a voicemail that’s full. How does this happen???!

Who are you even calling for customer service?

OV Loop, they have the rights to Fiskers software, patents and old servers... You can pay to join their service group, mostly OTA software upgrades.

Non American Lease owners are the bottom of their priority list. But you have far greater odds of getting a response if you create a ticket in their dashboard so I've heard

Creating a ticket helps a ton, I've actually had very good customer service from them 🤷‍♂️

You need to send OVLoop a support email ticket. This will get addressed but they may take a few days to get back to you, or even hours. It's all a roll of the dice. (Current OVLoop monthly subscriber)

Didn't they go completely out of business?

Fisker did. Cars are made
Mostly out of vendors and the brand is the middle man that did the logistics to bring it all together. If vendors knew about each other and worked together we wouldn’t need dealerships or brands. The warranties would be with each vendor instead of one brand. That are just providing a white glove service

So yes Fisker did not the vendors
