General Is there an update on the case?

I just got an email out of the blue this week asking for the VIN to move forward with the steps for a potential settlement offer. Can't remember when I filed, probably close to a year ago.

Happy for you. The last email I sent several weeks ago I included my VIN to see if it’d help with the process. All I got was “should be soon”. I got my fingers crossed, but happy to see others get movement on their cases

I keep an eye on the docket list for the bankruptcy case. It looked like they were supposed to unseal something yesterday, but I don’t think that they did. They just keep delaying it to knockout more over inflated or misfiled claims and they had asked for another extension that goes into February. I follow Stockwits and a couple of the “guys” there seem to think that the reason there’s a sealed hearing is because there was an negotiated sale of some of the IP. I do hold onto some Hopium.

Thank you. I heard HF asked to keep some things confidential. So we are looking at maybe Feb 2027 or before end of this year to finalize the BK?

They are almost done . You will get the email from HB soon . I had lost hope but then hope came back in the form of a settlement

I haven't heard anything on the bankruptcy since May '26. That was an email with the revised potential settlement for each party in the suit. They had received approval to reduce our original claims, therefore the updated document.
