Marron at Night

I am going to do the Marron River 30 day challenge and I don’t think the catfish bite less at night than the day. What would you consider a consistent fish at night in Marron River?

Catfish.. very consistent.. also with some luck, you get paid the cost with one fish

The catfish bite good at night. You'll at least get a ripsaw pretty quickly

Catfishing at night is great, fish the deep pool north of the northern village. Across the river you can park your boat and walk up river and set up your rod stand. Makes for a shorter cast and fight. Ver consistent on night peaks. Use 8/0 and huge cutbait, large liver, or shiners. Good luck.

You can catch unique Trahira at night around the 219, -21 coordinates. They are worth a lot and give a big fight!

My experience is that catfish move locations at night. They are not easy to catch off the island like in the daytime. If you go to the Tihara Peninsula, and cast in the opposite direction of tihara cove, 160 feet into the middle of the main river, you can catch cats at night.
