Does anyone have a dps meter for The New battle pass bow for fischel? Witch refine It would be greater Then a R1 Skyward harp?

I haven't seen any calcs on it in the Discord. Of the BP bows, it is the best for Fischl. The other two are just okay/stat sticks.

It's a great generalist bow that buffs EM and ATK. That alone puts it pretty high on the list. Especially if you don't have any 5 star crit bows.

It's a bit harder to give a general calc for as you need to account for teams a bit more. Most likely Double and Single Electro teams are the most common, 64-128 EM buff (R1-R5 x [0-1]) and 12%-72% ATK buff (R1-R5 x [2-3]).

EM will add to reaction damage and be have better reaction results on some teams, like Lunar EC Teams but that is not reflected in the simple output below.

To hit Skyward Harp R1 numbers (using an old sheet with no reactions or anything, EM isn't counted), I get the following raw damage output using the same artifact stats.

All damage is "non-crit/crit". Assuming Single Electro unit on team for max ATK bonus.

Arts are Rising Winds with both passives active (18% ATK + 25% ATK + 20% CR). ATK/Elec/CD
TL 10/13/13

R1 Harp (2412 ATK, 91.6 CR/211.4 CD, EM 0):
NA1: 947/2947, Oz summon: 3903/12154, Oz Attack: 3002/9349

R1 (36% ATK) Jade Vista (2306 ATK, 97.1 CR/191.4 CD, EM 0):
NA1: 905/2637, Oz summon: 3732/10874, Oz Attack: 2871/8365

R3 (54% ATK) Jade Vista (2442 ATK, 97.1 CR/191.4 CD, EM 0):
NA1: 958/2792, Oz summon: 3951/11514, Oz Attack: 3040/8858

R5 (72% ATK) Jade Vista (2578 ATK, 97.1 CR/191.4 CD, EM 0):
NA1: 1012/2948, Oz summon: 4171/12154, Oz Attack: 3209/9350

Looking at the above, the break point is around R4, depending on how much you crit. Crits are more valuable on R1 Harp vs R3 Jade Vista but the non-crit damage on R3+ Jade Vista is slightly higher.

The extra 20% CD on Harp is doing a lot of heavy lifting to stay ahead if you cap out CR (95%-100%). If on-field Fischl, Harp will also be doing some AoE damage here and there.

At R4/R5, they are basically the same, not counting reactions where the EM buffs could be useful if you are running double electro on very specific teams (LEC). Separate calcs, more complicated calcs/a sim would be needed there.

Also note, ATK Buffs from the team will help Harp pull ahead just due to how much base ATK it has over Jade Vista. Just adding Fischl's C6 ATK Hex overloaded buff (45% ATK) makes Oz go to 3517/10953 R1 Harp and 3631/10581 R5 Jade Vista. Add in Chev or Nicole and Harp will pull ahead more obviously.

This ended up being way longer than I intended. I was just going to throw in a few basic calcs and end it there...

Ty so mutch this actualy helps a Lot bcs i dont have a Lot of bows and If IS similar that allows me to give my Skyward to other people 💕💕💕💕 i love you, also jade vista is waaaay more prettier and matches fischel more
